Drawing Tools

You can use a variety of drawing tools to mark a point of interest on the map and/or establish measures of distance or area. These tools are useful if you want to customise a map with your own markers and notes, or measure the distance of a particular feature such as a walking track. You can also save drawings to share or for re-use in the future.

The draw tool is made up of two tabs; when the tool first opens the 'Add a drawing' tab is activated by default. This tab is where you select the draw mode and appearance settings for the drawing that you want to create. Once you have drawn your graphic onto the map the 'Drawing List' tab is activated, this tab will display a list of the all the drawings that you have created.

Toggle back and forth between the 'Add a drawing' and 'Drawing List' tabs to create new drawings or to edit your graphics.
